A soft showerJuly 23, 2010 D. J. Gulliford(Colorado) The hand unit is not fancy, nor is it intended to be. It is a 'full head' soft shower in the hand, the only one I've found. It replaced one of those multi-spray-massage things that are intended to attack your skin. Save your old hose though, and just screw this one on the end. Note that the 'shut off' in the handle is really a 'slow down'. Any plumber can tell you that there's a good reason for that difference.
works well. can adjust flow rateMarch 19, 2010 S. Kumaria(San Jose, CA) It has a sturdy construction - not cheap at all. It is possible to adjust the flow rate by not sliding the Pause button all the way from one to the other end - sort of leaving it halfway between the two extreme positions.

Great ProductMarch 2, 2010 Marvin O. Modeen Bought this for the shutoff feature. Flow rate of the shower could be a little higher to my taste, and because of this I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Would purchase it again.
pause - we needed it and we got itFebruary 19, 2010 Thomas Gaughan(Fremont CA) My wife has a mini-salon set up in the spare bedroom and since we have an aparment so I am not able to plumb a shampoo bowl to the spare bedroom. She has a portable bowl which isn't too bad. Now she can bring her clients into the bathroom, with the bowl and chair in place next to the tub and use this handy unit to wash and rinse and shut the water off when she needs to, much like in a salon. The pause does not secure ALL water flow, there is some minor leak-by on our unit but its not a problem. Hence the -1 star. So if you are looking for a cost effective hand shower unit this works great. This is the only reason I would buy this product. Good luck finding one in a store.
5' long not 6'February 16, 2010 Dat Nguyen(Texas) I bought this because the pause is right at the head and 6' long, but it turned out to be 5' as say on the package.
