The design of this is wonderful. It looks good in the shower when not in use and it works - it really works. You get wonderful flow and pressure as it is coming out of both the handheld and wall mounted head. I have had several of these and all have been good - or so I thought - but this one is perfect - worth at least twice the price.
I will order 2 more and see that they are in all of my bathrooms. Just terrific. I will also purchase this as a gift for different people in our family. I know there is not one who will not like it. We have 7 married sons. Thanks so much!
Love this shower head!April 15, 2010 Robert Townley(Connecticut, USA) It's a great unit. I have a home with a well and so took out the water savers. My only issue is that if you have guests and they do not know how to hang it, it will hang in a funny way and possibly fall. Love the shower you get and the coverage is perfect. You can rinse the walls while still having a nice stream of warm water on you.

The installation took no more than 30 minutes, very easy to put together. The build quality seems to be very good and looks good as well. It has a nice lever on the right side of it to choose between handle, head, or both. There is a notch to place the shier handle into the head and it works really well. It doesn't take much effort to remove or attach the handle.
The shower head is large and sprays a wide ring, which is nice for full body coverage. The handle has 5 settings of different types, I haven't really played with those, and I just keep it at the default water ring.
The water pressure is great coming from either one or both. The packaging states that the handle and head will use 2.5 gallons of water per minute. I would imagine that it would be more if you are using both at the same time.
I give it a 4 star due to some leaking at the shower head to handle connection. I just hand tightened the connection, I didn't know how much pressure this would take before it cracked or broke, so I tightened it little by little until the water stopped leaking. I used Teflon tape on all connections. The hose will not tangle which is good. But because it wouldn't tangle, it takes up room.

This Delta showerhead is definitely dual-purpose. It gives you a luxurious shower experience combined with the practicality of being able to reach all corners of the shower at cleaning time. You have a choice of three levels of water volume, depending on whether you use the halo, the hand-held center, or both at the same time. In addition, you have the benefit of Delta quality. There are other dual-purpose showerheads on the market, but for my money, this is the best one. (This the second one I have purchased. First one had to be left behind when I moved cross-country. I'm so glad I could buy another one to replace it!)
