It has to be one of the best shower heads that I've ever had. It installed easily and does not lead from the threads, head or hose. The seven sprays actually work and, to switch from one to the other, is easy. The product is attractive and well worth the price I paid.

Shower HeadFebruary 21, 2010 M. Lin(New York, NY United States) This unit shipped with a faulty hose. The water never flowed into the showerhead. Since the item was packaged in a blister pack, once opened it was not returnable. I ordered a replacement hose and now it works correctly.

Excellent water pressure and very easy to attach to the diverter on my tub faucet. And I like the various settings from a little to massage flow. Just wish they'd quit using plastic for the hoses. "Ultraflex" hose is six feet long and great for rinsing the tub. Really like it. Said on the packaging and inserts that it has a 15 year warranty. Hope I don't have to use it.
